Crewnecks are one of the hottest items this fall. Our Swaggin’ University education came in handy this month when we had to choose the best way to keep the Paradigm environment fresh—and supportive. Ike T, the President of Swaggin’ U, told us we needed to create something worthy for our October mission.
Together, we believe that Breast Cancer, and all of women’s cancers, are health issues our generation needs to step up the awareness and support. President Taylor and Team Paradigm know that we can make a difference. Confidence, justice, and faith are the core requirements at Ike’s Swaggful Academic Institution. Paradigm and Ike Taylor are proud to present the Swaggin’ University Breast Cancer Awareness series for fall. We have included two crewnecks that feature Ike’s custom school Swaggin’ University logo. People across the country have been telling us this logo will one day be an iconic rep of what the word “Swagger” really means. We agree. We came through with a pink on black, eco-friendly edition that will lead you to the title of “best dressed,” in class or at the office. The collection also includes a magenta pink crew, loud enough to make you noticed. You need to put one on to realize how good it feels. We love working with pink. Not only is it fly, it warms the eye, and reminds humanity that life is beautiful.

Passion has no age. Just because we are students doesn’t mean there are limits to our future success. After all, what the world knows as “American Fashion” was born on a college campus.

Students created the identity for how our country dressed. But in this new wave modern area, things are clearly changing. Now, it’s our turn. This is our generation. Together, we are the leaders of the New School. We have the power to determine the future and we should never shy away from that no matter who tries to hold us back. It all starts with what we put on.

We are inspired by everything around us. When we feel a special connection with a specific environment, we must expand on that influence. When we traveled to the Mountains of Morgantown, West Virginia, we felt it. There is something about the air up there that backs up the “almost heaven” description. The best part about it was the youth–college students coming together to support a larger goal. There is a true bond between the Mountaineers. Then we witnessed the ball team turn it up. Young men like Geno Smith and Steadman Bailey showed there is no limit to what you can do with motivation. The celebration after proved that there is nothing like living in our time. We knew we had to capture this feeling of the sublime, the pride. Immediately, we created the DigmDubV Gameday Collection.

The #DigmTeam got together and recreated the beauty we just witnessed. We wanted to give back to the students that reminded us what #SchoolSwaggin’ was all about. The design process was pure. We put together a product line that defines what it means to be fresh. All featured works of art are original Paradigm designs. We told the President of Swaggin’ University, Ike Taylor, about our experience and he wanted in on it. When it comes to confidence, justice, and faith, all natural elements that we found in the Mountains Morgantown, there is no greater expert than Ike. He wanted to contribute to this massive force of positive energy. We arranged a classic Paradigm #Pop-UpShop in the Mountaineer layer on the campus that was going to feature the entire #DigmDubV Gameday Collection along with some hot #SwagginU exclusives from Ike.

It’s October and we are supporting the cure. Breast Cancer Awareness Month products and arrangements were made to add effort to the health mission. Pink seems to help everything. Overall, we wanted to give our friends an opportunity to buy these contemporary fashion items to enhance their lives the way they did with ours. However, due to conflicts of interest with Paradigm and the National College Licensing Department, our project was shut down. In true Paradigm fashion, we bounced back and found a solution. We are going to battle to bring our friends at West Virginia a Pop-UpShop in the near future. Even though many forms of administration are protesting the selling of this product line, we are going to move forward through an alternate venue. Two ambitious and expressive college students founded Paradigm Wear on a college campus. We believed that if we joined forces together we would be able to create a specific, timeless style. Women continue to impress me with their willingness to sacrifice of themselves for something or someone that they love and believe in.”

We worked with traditional New Orleans, Louisiana colors and integrated them into the Paradigm Assembly.
